Speaker: Paolo Lubrano – Master Dental Technician

Paolo Lubrano has been working as a Master Dental Technician since 2011 after completing his education in Italy. He has spent most of his career chairside as an in-house laboratory technician.

His passion for ceramics and lab work grew as he learned more about implants and the digital workflow—both through professional development courses and practical application—which led to involvement in guided surgery for cases of varying degrees of complexity.

As our personal lab technician for guided implant cases, Paolo works closely with our team to ensure precise planning, surgical guide fabrication, and seamless execution for full-arch and complex implant cases. During this lecture, you’ll get the opportunity to see a mock case in action, showcasing the complete digital workflow from imaging to surgical guide production.

Paolo is currently a Key Opinion Leader and has conducted lectures and hands-on learning sessions for several implant companies, covering topics like 3D printing and ceramics. He owns and operates a laboratory in Connecticut specializing in cosmetic and implant dentistry.

Outside of work, Paolo enjoys competing in Ironman Triathlons and marathons and spending time with his fiancée and two dogs.
