Wise Actions - Calm Mind

In this series of talks and guided meditations we explore the interplay of cause and effect, the connection between our tendencies, actions and our experiences - the law of karma. With this knowledge, we can be more relaxed and creative in dealing with our circumstances, less self-critical and also more compassionate with others. We gain the ability to use the natural momentum of cause and effect to our advantage: we can proactively clear obstructive karma out of the way and create causes for a bright future - for the benefit of all.
