Winter Solstice Forest Bathing Walk

Celebrate the shortest day of the year with an educational & sensory walk with me & Mother Nature. This day marks a tradition of rebirth, hope, & a return of warmth & light as each day the sun moves closer and closer to earth as spring approaches.
