Discover the mesmerizing world of Flow Arts, where movement, rhythm, and creativity come together through the use of props that dance with you. This beginner-friendly workshop introduces several unique tools and techniques for exploring flow movement — all about connecting body, mind, and motion.

You’ll get a taste of:
Contact Staff – fluid spins and rolls where the staff becomes an extension of your body.
Light Whips – vibrant LED tools that create trails of light as you move, perfect for expressive, glowing flow.
Silk Fans – beautiful, fluttering props that bring grace and color to your movements.
Hoops – a classic flow favorite that blends playfulness with skill, great for coordination and expression.

If you have your own props, bring them along! If not, no worries — our instructors will have plenty to share. This workshop is designed for beginners, but intermediate flow artists are welcome to join, refine their skills, and connect with the community.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and free to move — come ready to spin, flow, and find your rhythm!
