20:15 - 21:15 - BODY MOVEMENTS and HEAD MOVEMENTS - Basic Brazilian zouk head movement technique FOR LEADERS AND FOLLOWERS, learning how to use proper technique for body movements- isolations, undulations and safe head movements to improve. Learn how to use the whole body in harmony.
21h15 - 22h15 - BRAZILIAN ZOUK III WE WILL START CLASSES ON TIME, SO BE ON TIME SO AS NOT TO HURT THE GROUP PROCESS!
