Women’s Self-Defence 4-week course

Boost your confidence, learn essential self-defence skills, and meet other women in a safe and supportive space.

Supported by funding from ActiveBraintree, these 2-hour sessions will cover:

Blocking, striking, kicking, releasing techniques and groundwork. Legal principles and scenario based training.
Support documents and handouts.

All in a friendly, supportive and compassionate environment.

No prior experience needed. Open to women aged 13+ (under 18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian).
