Boost your confidence, learn essential self-defence skills, and meet other women in a safe and supportive space.

Supported by funding from ActiveBraintree, this free 1-hour taster session will introduce you to:

The basics of UK self-defence law

How to spot and avoid potential threats

Simple, effective blocks and strikes

No prior experience needed. Open to women aged 14+ (under 18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian).
