Come and join our first communal family sauna and wellbeing session. Saunas offer a refreshing experience for all the family. We’re combining this with wellbeing activities.
You’ll find:
🔥Wood-fired sauna heated gently for children
💦Cooling water play for children and cold dip for adults
❤️🩹Nourishing homemade foot scrubs
🎶Music
🍹Drinks and fresh fruit
We also have green space for children to relax and play near the sauna, and take time out of the heat.
Suitable for children 6-16.
All children must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian - ratio of 1 adult to 2 children max.
