For this live, one-night event she will share insights into the research behind her latest novel, "How to Read a Book," a moving story about second chances, unexpected connections, and the power of books to bring people together.

In addition to "How to Read a Book," Monica is the bestselling author of "The One-in-a-Million Boy," "When We Were the Kennedys," and several award-winning plays. A passionate library advocate, she weaves support for public libraries into every talk—and the Hubbard Free Library holds a special place in her heart.
