Located at Belconnen Town Centre, our dynamic space offers daily Yoga and Mat Pilates group classes, Breathwork and Mediations, 6-8 week programs and retreats, one-on-one counselling and therapy through Power Flow Mind, and facilitated talk groups
Our community is built for every body—from new movers to seasoned meditators, parents to professionals—offering support and structure in every season of life.
All welcome. Socks must be worn on the reformers for hygiene purposes. Bring your own grip socks or buy them in studio.
