This one day workshop is designed to amplify intuition in a grounded, practical and empowering way.
Whether you are:
🔰 an absolute beginner (or think you are!)
🤔 someone who already “know things” but want more confidence, trust and clarity
🧘🏽♀️ working with your intuition but keen to just immerse!
This is your opportunity build your psychic abilities, tap into your intuition with ease and explore tried and tested techniques to amplify your intuition.
Over the day we’ll explore:
📍 Connection & grounding rituals, ethics and protections in intuitive work
📍 Energy awareness: how to connect, close and hold your energy
📍 Understanding & practicing with the clairs: seeing, hearing, feeling, knowing (taste and smell too!)
📍 Understanding how symbols, signs and spirit guides work
📍 Discerning psychic and mediumship (and a surprise intro into mediumship!)
You will participate in practical partner exercises to build confidence in recognising and trusting intuitive messages with plenty of exercises to take home to continue building connection and trust.
Each session is packed with learning and hands-on practice. We keep the energy warm, supportive and fun with lots of chances to share, reflect and build confidence in your natural abilities.
By the end of the day, you will not only know how to access and strengthen your intuition, but also how to use it as a trusted guide in everyday life.
And if you've been before, I'll give you some level up exercises to get you really working your intuition!
