Silks & Sound Bath: A Unique Gift for Dads on Father’s Day
Hey Dad’s, this one’s for you! Bring the whole family (or your favourite kid) and give aerial silks a try. We’ll laugh, learn some cool moves, and make lasting memories as you all swing, stretch, and cheer each other on.
After having a go at the silks, relax & unwind with a serene sound bath. You’ll lie down in our yoga room as crystal singing bowls and a mix of gentle resonant sounds wash over you. These soothing vibrations create a restorative atmosphere—easing tension, supporting mental clarity, helping lower blood pressure, and inviting a deep sense of stillness throughout your body.
Because Dads deserve an escape, too!
Approx 1 hr of play on Aerial Silks, plus warm up & cool down.
Approx 45 minute Sound Bath.

Cost per class: $70, includes 1 adult & 1 child for 2 hours of fun. (Kids should be ages 6+.)

What to Wear: Close fitting clothes you can move comfortably in. Yoga clothing & most active wear will suit. Layers, it is cold in the studio, but you will warm up as you go.
What to bring:
- Water Bottle
- Yoga Mat (if you want your own for the Sound Bath)
- Blankets (to be comfy cozy during the sound bath)
