Dance Trapeze Workshop

Spin, and soar with us!
This session will focus on developing a range of flares and spins, with particular attention to transitioning smoothly through sequences by working with the spin rather than against it.
Appropriate for 13+ to Adult.

What to Wear: Close fitting clothes you can move comfortably in. Yoga clothing & most active wear will suit.

Your Instructor:
Gemma has been training in Aerial Circus for over 12 years. She’s explored silks, hammock, and even a bit of lyra, but her main focus is dance trapeze. Gemma is constantly experimenting, finding creative ways to adapt loved sequences and transitions to enhance flow and momentum. She has a particular interest in the mechanics of spinning and how it can be used to enrich movement.
