Meet your facilitator:
Hi, I'm Louise Baird, and I'm passionate about helping you discover the transformative power of meditation. With nearly 30 years of personal yoga practice – encompassing physical postures, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and mudra – and over 5 years of teaching experience, I've personally used these tools to navigate life's inevitable ups and downs.
My formal meditation training includes extensive yogic studies, complemented by both an Advanced Certificate and a Diploma in Guiding and Teaching Meditation from the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness.
I firmly believe that meditation is for everyone. In this age of constant distractions, learning to reclaim your focus and attention isn't just about productivity; it's about nurturing your well-being. My aim is to help you explore various forms of meditation to find what truly resonates with you, making these powerful practices accessible and enjoyable. I'm excited to guide you on this journey of self-discovery and inner calm.
