2 x Hula Hoop Workshops

Come along for our Hula Hoop Workshops, full of movement, flow and fun!
These sessions are open to all levels, whether you're brand new or building on what you already know. We’ll cover the basics and introduce a range of moves and techniques to explore. It’s a chance to get active and try something playful and different. All hoops provided, just bring your energy and a smile!

Saturday 18 October
12-1pm - Kids (aged 6-12 yrs)

What to Wear: Close fitting clothes you can move comfortably in. Yoga clothing & most active wear will suit.

Your instructor:
Savannah began her aerial journey in 2019 and is now kicking off her fifth year as a coach! Specialising in lyra and hula hooping, she’s competed in numerous competitions across Australia, including in Sydney, Newcastle, and the Gold Coast! Savannah is currently a year 12 student at Gungahlin college and is enthusiastic about teaching kids aerials and all things circus!
