Thanksgiving at Chain of Lakes parkrun

It’s Thanksgiving weekend! If you are taking it easy Saturday, as you are racing Valley Harvest Sunday… why not volunteer at parkrun on Saturday?!

parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5k. First-timers briefing is at 8:50, pre-run brief is at 8:55.

You can walk, run, volunteer, or spectate!

Kids are welcome with a guardian, strollers are permitted, 1 dog allowed per participant on a short handheld leash.

All you need to do is register one time (for free!) at https://www.parkrun.ca/register/ and bring your barcode with you.

We hope to see you there! Join us for coffee afterwards at the 5k Café.
