Give yourself permission to slow all the way down.
This 90-minute experience is designed to gently settle your nervous system, release long-held tension, and invite your body into deep rest. We’ll begin with a slow, grounding and restorative Yin practice where postures are supported and held for longer periods of time, allowing you to soften without effort. From there, you’ll be guided into an extended Savasana accompanied by the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and mantra.
You don’t need to do anything. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to know what’s coming next. Just arrive as you are and let yourself be supported.
Many people leave feeling calm, spacious, and deeply replenished, like they finally took a full exhale they didn’t realize they were holding.
WHAT TO BRING: Some props will be available, but to make your experience as restful as possible, you’re encouraged to bring your yoga mat, one or two blankets, a bolster or pillow, two blocks, and a strap. Think cozy and supportive. You can even arrive in your PJs!
