Pound In The Park -The Dingle **FUNDRAISER**

Pound® Fitness is a full body workout inspired by the sweat dripping fun of playing the drums. (45 min class)
Investment $10

All the drop in fees for this class will go to the BMO Ride For Cancer Fundraiser. Our very own Bobi will be participating in the 100km trail ride from Halifax to Hubbards and back!

*Pre-Registration is encouraged**
(we have a limited number of Ripstix.)

Meeting point- Hillside just past the gazebo.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one and a bottle of water.
