The Chebucto Orchestral Society of Nova Scotia is proud to present our 45th Annual Messiah from Scratch, a beloved Halifax holiday tradition that brings singers, instrumentalists, and community together through music.
Join us for an engaging afternoon as we rehearse and perform Handel’s Messiah in a single day. Participants will rehearse in separate chorus and orchestra sessions from 1:00–3:00 PM, followed by a performance at 3:30 PM. This event is open to all singers and instrumentalists who wish to take part in this inspiring and collaborative musical experience.

Scores will be available with a $10 deposit, and there is a $10 participation fee. All proceeds from the event will support Feed Nova Scotia.
