Learn to meditate. Discover the soothing universe of Raja Yoga meditation and its many benefits.

Join us in the Center for 5 Sundays to learn Raja Yoga Meditation as taught by the Brahma Kumaris and suggested by Sr. Shivani when she visited for her Inner Freedom tour of Canada.

Each week we will provide tools and content to assist you to create a more peaceful state of mind.
