A study of screenwriting both technically and creatively, this course is ideal for novice writers with little to no experience. Participants will learn how the elements of story (plot, conflict, setting, theme, character development, dialogue, and resolution) are used for film. This course will also cover technical details on how to properly format a screenplay.

$35 - regular rate. This rate covers the cost of paying our instructor as well as the cost of staff time to organize and promote the workshop.
$20 - reduced rate. This rate makes a contribution towards our costs.
$0 - FREE This rate acknowledges that financial means should not be a barrier to becoming a filmmaker.
