We'll create a sacred circle and call in the energies of the Fire Horse year.
Movement Meditation:
For claiming who we are with the power of “I am”.
Breathwork:
A simple, powerful breathing exercise to clear space within.
The Anointing:
You will be anointed with the sacred "Fire Horse Ascension" oil, as a blessing and activation.
Guided Journey:
A short meditation to connect with the symbolic Fire Horse and receive insight.
Release & Intention:
We'll symbolically burn away what holds us back and write a bold intention for the coming year.
Sealing & Closing:
We'll charge our intentions as a group and close the sacred space.
