Halifax Heritage Tours CIC is delighted to be bringing you an Evening of Halifax Nostalgia, in collaboration with the Projected Picture Trust (PPT) and Dean Clough.

Did you know that the largest collection of historic cinema projectors in the UK is housed here in Dean Clough, Halifax?

Projectors dating back to the 1890s which used to be housed at Bletchley Park and Elstree Screen Arts Academy are being restored by a team of enthusiastic cinema enthusiasts. Some are supplied to films and TV.

Hear about the PPT, their equipment, volunteers and plans for the future. It’s fascinating!
