If you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply wanting to build confidence with the basics, this gentle 6-week course is the perfect place to begin.
You’ll learn the foundations of yoga in a supportive, friendly and completely non-judgemental environment — with plenty of space to ask questions, explore movement at your own pace, and discover what feels good for your body.
Each week we’ll introduce a simple theme to help you build strength, mobility, balance and confidence. You’ll learn how to breathe well, how to move safely, and how to tailor poses for your body — no flexibility required!
