PAYMENTS:
1. Payments can be made in person or via mail at North Alabama Dance Theatre, 2535 6th Avenue, Haleyville, AL 35565 ($40 fee for returned checks), Payments can also be made via Venmo @NADThaleyville - please add $1.00 for credit card fees if using Venmo ($1.20 if participating in photogenic) If entering photogenic, please send photos to

2. Your place in the pageant is NOT guaranteed until your payment is received.
3. Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. This is a fundraiser for our Diamond Dance Team.
4. Entry fees and forms must be received no later than November 10, 2025, at 5pm.
5. Photogenic Photos must be 8x10 and received no later than November 10, 2025, at 5pm.
6. Sponsorship Ads- due November 10, 2025 by 5pm. If you sell $100 in ads, your entry fee is free!
TIMES AND INFORMATION FOR REHEARSAL AND PAGEANT:
1. Pageant and rehearsal are at Haleyville Elementary School Cafeteria.
2. Rehearsal for the pageant will be November 21, 2025, from 5-7pm.
3. Pageant walk is typical T shape starting on Stage Right (contestant's right) moving to center and toward the judges, back to center and then off to Stage Left.
4. Doors will open at 1pm. The pageant will begin at 2pm with Division I. Each division will run approximately 30 min. It is advisable for contestants come with hair and makeup ready and change into dresses in the gymnasium closest to the stage.
5. Everyone should enter at the back door of the cafeteria (bus parking lot).
AGE DIVISIONS AND DRESS:
1. Dress is Holiday Sunday Dress for Ages 0-5th grade (something you might wear to a holiday party) and Formal Dresses for Grades 6-12th
2. Divisions are: Division I ages 0-18 months, Division II ages 1.5-up to 3 years, Division III ages 3-5 years, Division IV grades K-2, Division V grades 3-5, Division VI grades 6-8 and Division VII grades 9-12.
3. 2024 winners may not enter the pageant unless moving up in age division from last year.
AWARDS:
1. Awards will be presented at the end of each division.
2. An overall high score winner will presented after Division VII.
3. A Fundraising Queen will be crowned after Division VII for the contestant that sells the most ads!
4. There will be a winner, 2 runners-up and one people's choice winner for each division.
5. All Contestants will receive one free dance class at North Alabama Dance Theatre!
6. Runner-ups will receive flowers and medal or trophy.
7. Winners will receive a $50 gift certificate for classes at North Alabama Dance Theatre, crown, medal or trophy and flowers.
* Winners of each division will ride on our float in the Haleyville Christmas Parade on the 1st Saturday in December. Line up for the parade will be at 5:30pm behind First Baptist Church.
SPECTATOR TICKETS: One adult will be admitted free with each contestant. All other audience members will be $10 for adults, $5 for students K-12, and children 4 and under are free.
JUDGES: We use a certified judge from the Miss America/Miss Alabama organization who selects our judges who have no affiliation with North Alabama Dance Theatre.
NEW THIS YEAR! Our judges will be using an automated scoring system to input scores creating autogenerated totals leaving no room for error!
