This evening immersion will help clear energetic blockages, restore harmony and prepare you for deep rest.

Expect to leave feeling lighter, more grounded and peacefully renewed.

Bring a yoga mat to lie on or a meditation pillow to sit on as well as a blanket or wrap for extra coziness. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing for ease of rest.
