The Horwich House of Strength proudly announces “A Day of Axle-ence”. A double axle Push/Pull!

Test your mettle in the axle clean & press and axle deadlift!

Each athlete will hit a preset opening lift followed by three attempts of their choosing. Opening lifts for the clean & press and deadlift will be laid out below respectively.


Women’s:
Novice - 40kg/100kg
Inters - 50kg/120kg
Opens - 60kg/140kg

Men’s:
Novice - 80kg/180kg
Inters - 100kg/220kg
Opens - 120kg/260kg

Straps allowed.

Grip tops allowed.

Deadlift suits allowed for Opens competitors only.
