Come join us at Zion Reformed United Church of Christ for an informative event on End of Life Planning. Zion's Parish Nurse, a lawyer, a Physicians Assistant and Pastor will provide valuable insights and resources to help you prepare for the future. We can help you consider healthcare directives (MOLST), funeral arrangements, and other ways to prepare for end of life.
