Join us for the Community Advisory Board Meeting on September 25, 2025 from 6-7:30pm at the Washington County Free Library.

The Community Advisory Board is a way for residents, buisness owners and stakeholders in the South End of Hagerstown to connect with Bester Community of Hope.
