Core Compassion: Breathe, Move, Renew
Join us Saturday, October 4th for a powerful afternoon of Pilates, Ashtanga Yoga, and wellness sessions—all while raising money for Core Compassion Project, an amazing foundation supporting breast cancer survivors and thrivers.
Pilates Mat + Equipment Classes, ELDOA Align Ashtanga Yoga, Flowpresso, IonCleanse, Infrared Sauna, Special services with Dr. Bright Eyes, Juice + snacks + a gift just for you!
$20 per 30-min session (stack them for the full experience!)

100% of donations go directly to Core Compassion Project—funding Pilates scholarships and resources for survivors right here in our community.
PLUS Throughout October, 25% of all retail + 10% of sessions with Mira (Align & Recover) will also be donated.
