Yoga Nidra Workshop with Mary

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation typically done in savasana. Your only work is to lie down, get comfy, and listen to Mary's voice! We will journey throughout the body to release physical tension, slowly working our way deeper into the layers of the mind. This practice is healing and restorative, as 90 minutes of Yoga Nidra can equal hours of REM sleep. A complimentary all-natural cotton flannel eye pillow is included in this peaceful, transformative experience! $50 per person
