❤️ First Place Tattoos presents... a very Valentines Friday the 13th Flash Event! ❤️

We're excited to welcome you back to the shop for another Friday the 13th flash event! We'll be offering $60 flash tattoos starting at 1pm and going until the wheels fall off!
