Introduction to Pilates & Discover the Core of Movement
Our Introduction to Pilates Workshop is the perfect way to dip your toes in and build a strong foundation. This workshop is designed for beginners and those new to Pilates, providing a clear, accessible introduction to the core principles, techniques, and benefits of Pilates.
Led by Anna Levin, a teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience, the session will guide you through:
• Basic Pilates principles
– including breath, alignment, control & concentration.
• Foundational exercises
– performed on the Mat & Reformer
• Proper form and technique
– with individual attention to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Core engagement
– learning how to activate and strengthen your deep abdominal muscles
• Mind-body connection
– improving awareness, posture, and overall body mechanics
Whether your goal is to build strength, improve flexibility, support injury recovery, or enhance athletic performance, this workshop will equip you with the tools to begin your Pilates journey with confidence.
