This is the first event in a 3-part series — Listen → Love → Live — designed to help high-achieving women reconnect to their true selves, love who they are, and design a life that finally feels fully aligned.

This first half-day retreat, “Listen”, reconnects women with their feminine ability to listen — to their inner wisdom, each other, and Mother Nature.

This is for you if you’re a woman who is:

• Feeling a quiet (or perhaps roaring!) disconnection from your authentic self — and longing for deeper meaning
• Tired of always doing and performing
• Longing to soften into flow, presence, and femininity
• Yearning for a deeper relationship with your intuition and body

• Craving honest connection with other women who get it
• Wanting to learn powerful tools for ongoing embodied self-connection to continue at home

Nature restores the parasympathetic nervous system. The beach and dunes help women come back into flow and reconnect to cyclical, organic rhythms — a mirror for their feminine selves.

Alice guides high-achieving women out of disconnection, over-efficiency, and stress — and into embodied, authentic, soul-aligned lives.

She has a first-class Psychology degree from University College London as well as extensive experience as a yoga, mindfulness, and sound healing practicioner and teacher. She is a co-active educated life coach.
