Helgen vil by på meditasjon, yoga, bevegelighetstrening, guidet avspenning, dans og feiring av solsnu, samt sauna og sommerlige svømmeturer. "Nord" har en fantastisk yoga-shala-lavo og en unik beliggenhet rett på stranden.
Yogalærer Camilla Augusta har bred erfaring i å undervise og praktisere yoga, bevegelighetstrening og pusteteknikker. Hun er kunstner av yrke, der stemmen og kroppen er hennes viktigste verktøy. Hun elsker å skape trygge rom der mennesker kan få utforske og utfolde sine potensialer.

Vertskapet, som skal lage sesongbasert vegetarmat til oss, samt by på barista-kaffe av ypperste kvalitet er engelsktalende. Camilla Augusta har sin utdannelse fra England og Costa Rica, så det blir noe engelsk underveis, men også norsk. Dette kommer også an på hvem som melder seg på og blir med.

"Nord" can bring us to a meditative state of mind. Welcome to Norways largest yoga shala lavvo, right next to a picturesque lake. Let yourself immerse in the sounds of nature, awake numb places in your body and enjoy seasonal vegetarian food, oh- and an Italian barista's coffee.
We will do our best to create a supported and nourishing environment and community for your self expansion and sensory awakening. Hopefully we will discover new potentials in ourselves. The inward journey is facilitated by Camilla Augusta, mainly through breath work, yoga, conscious movement, play and meditation.
Camilla Augusta also offers an outdoor nature ritual by the lake on Saturday evening. On the beach we gather around the bonfire, where there already are ten huge rocks positioned in a circle. Camilla Augusta will sing for us as we celebrate the summer solstice and open our hearts to ourselves and to each other.

Payment will be split in two: first on registration:
Shared rooms (double)& all meals per person NOK 2600
Single room (only two, plus tree top hut) & all meals NOK 3400
Second payment for the retreat NOK 3200 by June 15th.
Detailed program for Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday will be sent to you in a document when you reach out.
The drive from Oslo to Nedre Skinnes takes about 2 hours.
The sessions and the crew will use both English and Norwegian.
