Kick off the day by cheering on the incredible mushers and their pups as they launch into one of the most iconic winter races in Upper Michigan. Stick around to meet the mushers and dogs and experience this amazing tradition right here in Gwinn.
🏁 11:00 AM | Upper Michigan Ice Racing Association
📍 The Ice Track
Head over for some high-energy action as racers from across the Midwest take to the ice on dirt bikes and ATVs. Racing starts at 11 AM and the excitement doesn’t stop.
🚑 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Stuff the Ambulance with Love
📍 Forsyth EMS Building
Do something special for our local students by helping “Stuff the Ambulance with Love.” Donations support kids in our community—check Forsyth Township’s Facebook page for the full list of needed items.
🍽️ Dinner in Town
Enjoy Valentine’s Day dinner at one of our local dining spots and share a meal with the people who mean the most to you.
❄️🔥 Evening | Candlelit Snowshoe Hike
📍 Flat Rock Trail, Tourist Park
End the night with a magical candlelit snowshoe hike through the woods. This free event is hosted by Forsyth Forward’s Recreation Committee, with hot chocolate and a warm fire waiting for you at the trail.
