Sermon Series - Rest

Every day we are faced with choices—some small, some life-defining. When our souls are fatigued or distracted, our decisions can reflect fear, expectation, or pressure. But when we are rooted in rest with Jesus, our choices begin to reflect grace, strength, and clarity. Through the story of Mary and Martha, Jesus doesn’t just correct Martha—He affirms Mary’s courageous decision to rest, remain silent, and center herself in Him. Rest isn't passivity—it’s a radical act of trust that can transform the way we live, speak, forgive, and love. Especially in the deserts of life.
