1. All ticket sales are final. Once confirmed, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
2. Internet handling fees may apply. Kindly review the total amount before completing your purchase.
3. Arrive early for a smooth experience. We recommend reaching the venue at least 15 minutes in advance to ensure seamless entry.
4. Your well-being matters. If you're feeling unwell, we gently ask that you wait until you're better before purchasing tickets.
5. Resale is not permitted. Any unlawful resale or attempted resale may result in cancellation without refund or compensation.
6. Admission is at the organizer’s discretion. We strive to create a safe and welcoming space for all.
7. Workshop materials will be provided. All supplies needed for the session will be available at the venue for use during the workshop. Kindly note that raw materials cannot be taken home.
