✨ Who Can Participate?

- All categories of Architects, Planners, and their staff & families (excluding children below 18 years).

- Students (18+ years) enrolled in architecture or planning courses.

📌 Special Notes:

1) Invited Speakers: A limited number of senior architects and planners may be invited to speak. Interested professionals should email their Bio-Data to YmthZWNkZWxuY3IgfCBnbWFpbCAhIGNvbQ== and also complete the online registration.

2) Complete Registration: Please fill in the online form carefully with all required details.

3) Confirmation Process: Participation will be confirmed after verification via Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

4) Travel & Tickets: Book travel tickets only after receiving confirmation. Replacement of participants without prior intimation will not be accepted, and unverified candidates will not be given entry or accommodation.

5) Student Participation: Architecture and planning students above 18 years of age are also welcome.
