You’re invited to a powerful evening of healing, connection, and self-discovery at Trauma Tea Time, a free women-only event dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for authentic healing through sisterhood.
WonderWorks, our venue sponsor, is a magical Co-Working, Co-Creating & Event Space dedicated to cultivating a welcoming, vibrant community where people can gather together.
✨ 6:00–6:15 PM – Arrive, settle in, and connect with other amazing women in the community.
🎤 6:15–7:30 PM – Experience rotating special presentations and workshops by professional facilitators designed to support your healing journey. Each month, we’ll explore new tools and modalities—from nervous system regulation to creative expression—that help us reconnect with ourselves and with one another.
💬 7:30–8:00 PM – Continue connecting, sharing, and supporting one another as we close out the evening.
This event is about showing up exactly as you are—the good, the bad, the messy, and the magical. Together, we create space to grow, heal, and step into our power.
