Arrivals from 5:45 PM; we’ll start right at 6:00 PM.
Plan for 75–90 minutes including Q&A.
💆♀️ What you’ll learn
• Proper Gua Sha techniques to lift, tone, and define the face and jawline
• How to relieve jaw tension/clenching and soften the “11s” between the brows
• Lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness and under-eye bags
• A simple at-home routine (5–10 minutes) to maintain your glow between facials
• Best oils/serums to pair with Gua Sha for your skin type

• Come with a clean face if possible (light makeup is fine—we’ll have cleanser).
• If you own a Gua Sha tool, bring it. Sanitized tools will be provided to use in class, and a limited number will be available for purchase afterward.
• A headband or hair tie.
