Community Sound Bath Journey

Join us for our monthly Community Sound Bath Journey at The Metta Center of St. Pete! This immersive experience uses a variety of instruments such as the Crystal Singing bowl, Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Koshi Chimes, Tuning Forks, Shamanic Drum and much more to create an integral Sound Healing experience. When we receive the Sound Healing frequencies during a Sound Bath we are able to pause overthinking, become more aware & present and ultimately calm the nervous system.
~Bring a yoga mat to lay on. Bolsters and an eye mask will be provided. This is a small container and spots are limited for 7 people. My partner Carlos and I will lead this Sound Journey for a fully curated soundscape experience.
