Annual Meeting

Annual Meeting - Immediately following the 10:00 AM service |in the Sanctuary

There will be a 10-minute break after the dismissal before the meeting begins. 8:00 AM parishioners who wish to attend should return by 11:00 AM.

The meeting will include the Rector’s report, Senior and Junior Warden reports, and the Treasurer’s report. The Annual Rector’s Award will be presented, and the new Vestry will be elected. The slate and bylaws will be announced in the next two weeks.

All baptized communicants in good standing over 16 years old are eligible to vote. Voting is by voice acclamation or show of hands unless there is an objection.
