Our Tax Counseling Program for the Elderly (TCE) recruits and trains volunteers to prepare tax returns for older adults.

The Retired Senior Volunteer Program provides Seniors (55 and over) with meaningful and rewarding volunteer experiences in their local communities. RSVP is one of the largest volunteer networks in the nation, and the South Alabama RSVP serves Baldwin and Escambia counties.
