Loving Kindness Meditation Workshop

✨In light of the holidays, I’m offering a unique metta meditation, also known as a loving kindness meditation.

We will weave gratitude and kindness into our energy field allowing ourselves to feel love for ourselves, our loved ones, and all other beings on our planet 🤍

💫This workshop will include a closing sound bath and a journaling session after the meditation allowing for self reflection and positive energy weaving in preparation for the upcoming (and sometimes tumultuous) holiday festivities 💫

Details:
🙏Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in
🌙Bring a yoga mat if you have one, a towel, a blanket, a meditation pillow, a journal, sunglasses and a water bottle
