All Saints and All Souls Day Sound Bath

Join us in an extra special ceremony of respect and remembrance. This special Sound Bath is in dedication to those that are in the Spirit world as Souls or as Saints.
You are welcomed and encouraged to add to an altar that will be built for this ritualistic occasion and in honor of the temporal and ephemeral nature of all things in material existence. Everything is changing.
It is also a reminder to be in awe to our vitality and lives, as all things pass, and all phenomena do end. We are here to live fully.
As it is thought the first sense to leave the boy is sound/listening, we will take a moment to offer a pray, light candles, and commence is meditative listening before diving deep into a Sound Bath lead by Swan Michelle
Done lying down, this art includes universal meditative mantra, large crystal bowls, gong, an extensive collection of tuning forks, balinese metal drums, elemental chimes, along with the soothing serenade of sacred song by Swan Michelle and a unique collection of instruments from all over the world.
This experience is also a form of therapy, It has measurable effects in releasing what is disharmonious in the body and bringing you to homeostasis, releasing exhaustion, stress, trauma or emotions held within the biology, brain & hormones in limbic system & parasympathetic energization.
