Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing

Unwind at the end of your week and take time for yourself to heal and nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Through restorative yoga, meditation, breath work, and sound healing, you will:

- Learn how to reduce stress and relax the nervous system.
- Experience the transformative effect of sound healing with crystal bowls, chimes, more.
- Gain practical tools on how to bring deep healing into your daily life.

No yoga experience is required, beginners and all caretakers are welcome (moms, dads, empty nesters, & more!).

Bio: Erin Schuster has been leading classes, workshops, and retreats since 2012 while also assisting the Kripalu Teacher Trainings. Erin is a mother to two boys Leo and Jack, it is her mission to offer transformative experiences to all levels in a supportive environment that inspires connection, compassion, and joy.
