The "Next Step" Clinic is a continuation of the Horsemanship/Confidence Building clinics.
Luke Reinbold returns to October Glory Acres for a 2-day clinic to build on the foundation we learned with his first level horsemanship clinics. This will be perfect for those who have already worked with Luke or those who are already further along in their equestrian journey. He will teach speed control and steering with softness at all three gaits. Fun drills will be applied to enhance body control including side passing, shoulder control, roll backs, leads and even flying lead changes if the horse is ready.
Luke is passionate about teaching and is a true horseman. 🤠 He focuses on resistance free training methods and his confidence will transfer over to you so that you can enjoy your future equestrian adventures. 🐎 All breeds/disciplines are welcome. Luke prefers you bring a rope halter, long lead line and snaffle bit.
The class will start Saturday at 10 and go until 4-ish; Sunday runs approximately from 9-3. Lunch is "bring a dish-to-pass" style which leads to great conversation and fellowship.
Clinic fee is $560 and your spot is reserve when paid in full. Fees are non-refundable unless there is a cancellation on our end or you can fill your spot (sometimes we can assist with that). Auditors are welcome at $20/day (please let us know you will be attending) and stalls are also available at $20/night (includes shavings). "Bring a dish to pass" lunch will be a fun opportunity to get together during the break. Negative Coggins and proof of vaccinations required, preferably ahead of time.
