Yuletide Blessings: Connection, Ritual & Reiki

Join us for a heart-centered evening to honour the sacred season of Yule, a time of reflection, renewal, and the return of the light. As the Wheel of the Year turns once more, we gather in the peaceful surroundings of the Harry Edwards Foundation to celebrate the Winter Solstice with ritual, healing, and creativity.

This two-hour immersive experience invites you to connect with the energies of rebirth, gratitude, and intention-setting for the year ahead. You’ll also craft your own protective mistletoe cloth, a symbolic piece to take home and bless your space with Yule’s magic.

🌲 The Evening Includes:

• Welcome & Intention Setting
  A gentle introduction to Yule’s significance and the themes of the evening.
• Guided Meditation: Embracing the Light
  Relax into a visualization journey that honours the return of the sun and the light within.
• Reflection & Journaling
  Explore your insights through writing, with prompts inspired by Yule’s themes of renewal and gratitude.
• Hands-On Reiki Healing
  Receive individual Reiki to release stagnant energy and align with the transformative power of the season.
• Craft Ritual: Protective Mistletoe Cloth
  Learn how to create a sacred mistletoe cloth infused with intention and symbolism for protection and prosperity.
• Oracle Card Insight
  Draw an oracle card to receive guidance for your journey into the new year.
• Closing Circle
  Share, ask questions, and close the space with a seasonal.

🎁 What to Bring:

• Yoga mat or something to lie on
• Comfortable clothes
• Blanket & cushion for your head
• Water
• Journal and pen
• Optional: bolster/cushion for lower back, crystals to charge with Yule energy

📍 Arrival Info:
Please arrive at Healing Reception at the Harry Edwards Foundation from 6:45pm for a prompt 7:00pm start.
Latecomers may not be admitted, so allow time for parking and settling in.
