Dave has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry across a wide range of sectors and have spent the last 20 years on major infrastructure projects such as The Olympics, Crossrail and HS2.
Alongside this, Dave develops properties for himself, starting while he was at school with his family company, so he understands the challenges that developers face.
